VP / General Manager, Accounting & Finance

Andrea Jennings is a Vice President and General Manager at Lucas Group. She is a senior member of Lucas Group's Executive Committee and is personally responsible for strategic planning and leadership in Lucas Group's Legal and Accounting & Finance Divisions. Andrea has opened several branch offices in major markets and led the project team responsible for a strategic acquisition of a key niche firm in the New York City market.

Andrea has been widely published throughout her career on topics ranging from career services, interviewing and executive recruitment. She is well known for her depth and breadth of knowledge in all facets of the recruiting process, and has experience running business units involved in retained & contingency search in addition to contract staffing.

Over the past several decades, Andrea has led Lucas Group through the development, implementation and management of many key strategic partnerships with clients. Andrea is very familiar with the nuances of employment law. She is a versatile, dynamic and well-rounded executive search professional with significant experience recruiting and leading at many levels.

Vice President, Executive Search

Tom McGee is Vice President for Lucas Group's Search Division and has been with the company for more than 20 years.

He began his career with Lucas Group as a recruiter and over the years has managed hundreds of recruiters in several industries, providing him the opportunity to experience all facets of the recruiting industry. He now manages the entire Search division, which consists of 12 practice industry groups, nine locations nationwide, two offices in Germany, and more than 150 recruiters.

Vice President, Military Division

Bryan Zawikowski is Vice President for Lucas Group’s Military Division.

Bryan Zawikowski joined Lucas Group in 1994 as an Account Executive in the Irvine, CA office after two years as a successful outside sales representative for Hilti, Inc. Prior to Hilti, Bryan served in the U.S. Air Force as an ICBM Operations and Standardization Evaluation Officer.

He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the U.S. Air Force Academy where he graduated in the top 15% of his class and earned honors as the top graduate in Chemistry, in addition to being selected as an All-American Collegiate Boxer in 1989. In 1992, while on active duty in the Air Force, he earned a Masters in Aeronautical Sciences (with an emphasis in Business) from Embry-Riddle University.
