Managing PartnerJim Barnhill is the Managing Partner of Lucas Group’s Accoutning & Finanace Division in Atlanta, GA. Jim focuses on recruiting Accounting and Finance candidates by exceeding customer expectations through finding flexible recruiting solutions to include retained, contingent and contract options.
Jim joined the Lucas Group over nine years ago as a Staff Recruiter and ultimately was promoted to Executive Senior Partner. He has successfully recruited and placed mid to upper level professionals within the Human Resources disciplines and become one of the leaders in cross-selling between divisions. His established track record with companies such as AIG, Delta Airlines, Regions Bank, Frito-Lay and Sara Lee will allow him to easily lead the Accounting and Finance division in both the permanent and contract niches.

Rebecca Dappen,
Managing PartnerRebecca Dappen is the Managing Partner for the Accounting & Finance Division of Lucas Group in Denver, Colorado.
Rebecca has been a recruiter since 2002 and has worked in both contract and permanent recruiting on a national and local level. She joined Lucas Group in December 2004 and recruits middle market Accounting & Finance professionals as well as senior to executive level accountants, finance, tax or audit professionals.
Ms. Dappen’s former experience includes Aureus Medical Group & Cox Interactive Media. At Aureus she was responsible for business development and candidate sourcing for national contract staffing. She worked with hospitals nationwide to fill vacancies in their Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, and Medical Laboratory departments.
Rebecca received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Russian Area Studies from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.

Prior to joining Lucas Group Financial Search, Ray used his background to work in a variety of accounting functions in several major Houston area companies.

Managing PartnerRyan Gramm is Managing Partner for Lucas Group’s Washington,D.C. Accounting & Finance office. Ryan manages the branch and focuses on recruiting top-level accounting and finance talent, including CFOs, Controllers, Directors of Finance and more with the local market. Lucas Group’s Accounting & Finance division is a nationwide search service with offices located across the United States.
Ryan has years of experience in accounting and finance recruiting. He has a breadth of knowledge in all facets of the recruiting process, and has experience retained & contingency search. He has an extensive professional network and is energetic and passionate about accounting and finance recruiting.
Prior to Lucas Group, Ryan worked with Grant/Morgan Associates and Robert Half International within accounting and finance recruiting. He graduated from James Madison University.

He works accounting and finance across many industries including: brokerage, banking, asset management, hedge funds, private equity, consumer products, insurance, media, service, real estate and many more.
Jonathan began his recruiting career more than eight years ago and has held leadership positions for the past six years. He was Director for Hudson’s Workforce Solutions, focusing on identifying strategic recruitment solutions to overcome hiring challenges for companies throughout the United States.
Jonathan graduated from Quinnipiac University with a BS in Business Management and a concentration in Human Resource Management.

Larry Austin,
Managing PartnerLarry Austin is Managing Partner of Lucas Group's Search office in Las Vegas. He was born and raised in Utah, where he graduated from Brigham Young University. After serving as an officer in the U.S. Army, Larry's business acumen led him through sales to general management for more than 13 years at American Hospital Supply and 9 years at IVEX Packaging.

With 15 years of property management experience, progressing from accounting to VP and overseeing more than $100 million in property values, Cindy truly understands the business.
Katherine Franklin,
Senior PartnerKathy Franklin is Senior Partner for Lucas Group, recruiting for its aerospace and Defense group, placing senior engineers to executive management positions. She has built a more than eleven year record of overseeing the successful placement of project management of high profile clients, as well as running a full cycle desk within the aerospace & Defense industry. Kathy is based in Tampa, FL and comes from Hudson Global Resources, formerly known as formerly known as TMP Worldwide Eresourcing Division.

Jack Hosterman,

A former Air Force officer and business owner, Jack enjoyed quick success as an Account Executive in the Dallas Military division before transitioning to Executive Search as the Managing Partner of Dallas Search. Jack is a Washington University in St. Louis alumnus (BA'87) whose post-military business background includes Oil & Gas exploration, internet commerce and software development.
Devin Keane,
Managing PartnerDevin Keane is the Managing Partner for the Search division in New York. He manages a growing team of recruiters that specialize in all areas of Executive Search, including Marketing and Sales, Media, Financial Services, Human Resources, and Technology. He has more than 20 years of experience in marketing with a background in the financial services industry. Devin personally recruits for top national financial institutions and marketing agencies, Internet boutiques and corporate marketing departments placing mid to senior level professionals.
Prior to joining Lucas Group, Devin was Vice President of U.S. Region Customer Marketing for MasterCard International. Devin also worked for J.P. Morgan Chase in Financial Services Marketing.

Senior Managing PartnerAnthony P. Tommarello CPC is a Senior Managing Partner of Lucas Group's Irvine office.
Tony brings 20 years of recruiting and executive search experience in the area of Food Service, Food/Beverage, Restaurant, Hospitality, Distribution/Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Prior to joining Lucas Group, Tony was President of TSC Partners and Anthony Townsend & Co. (Irvine CA), west coast boutique executive search firms; Senior Manager of Hipps Waters Inc. (Stamford Conn.), an east coast regional executive search firm. He also worked for PepsiCo. Inc. (Purchase NY), holding various positions in Corporate Audit, Finance and Strategic Planning.
Tony is a CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) and a member of the National Association of Personnel Consultants. Tony graduated from CCNY (Herbert H Lehman College) with a B.S. in Accounting.
Denise Tucker,

Denise has more than 25 years of experience working at the executive level in the homebuilders industry, commercial construction, as well as the trade industry. She specializes in mid-to-senior level positions within construction, to include field personnel, land acquisition and development managers, customer service directors, project managers, VP of operations, VP of construction, Presidents and more.
Prior to joining Lucas Group, Denise worked with homebuilders for 23 years. Her experience in the field positions her well to understand the human capital needs in the industry. She has an in-depth knowledge of the industry, which provides her insight into finding the right match for her clients and candidates.
Rob Wiener,
Managing PartnerRob Wiener is Managing Partner of Lucas Group Search in Los Angeles. For Rob, the key to building a successful search practice is to continuously develop and nurture long term relationships. Delivering results and performance driven searches, Rob prides himself on the ability to build partnerships that yield high levels of success.
Rob manages Accounting & Finance and Real Estate practices for Lucas Group, bringing more than a decade of both accounting & finance and executive search experience to the table.
Rob worked in the Fortune 100 as a Finance Manager in manufacturing and distribution in the United States, as well as overseas in Europe. His responsibilities included management reporting, financial systems and in-depth business analysis. As a search professional, his experience covers CFO's, Controllers, VP's of Finance, as well as Asset Managers, Portfolio Managers and Acquisitions professionals in the real estate arena.
Rob graduated from Loyola University, Dean’s List 1992 with a B.S. in Economics.

Prior to Major Lindsey & Africa, Todd spent five years in Japan and headed up the Tokyo office for TMP Worldwide.
Todd grew up in Canada and speaks French and Japanese. He graduated from Stony Brook University with a BA in Psychology.
Steven Lynch,
Managing PartnerAs Managing Partner in the Atlanta, GA office, Steven oversees a branch of recruiters, as well as local and national client management. His main concentration continues to focus solely on the placement of experienced attorneys of all levels with firms, corporations and non-profits across the country.
Mr. Lynch has over ten years of experience working in and servicing the legal industry, most recently working as a Senior Recruiter for Hughes Consultants and prior to that working as a Legal Search Consultant with Cambridge Partners. His career began in Atlanta with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) where he rose to the level of Vice President of Business Development and Director of the AAA’s New Orleans Regional Office.
Alix Miller,
Managing PartnerAlexandra “Alix” Miller is the Managing Partner of Lucas Group’s Chicago Legal Search Division. Alix initially became part of the Lucas Group team in the Denver office where she was brought on to grow their legal presence in the Rocky Mountain market.
Prior to joining Lucas Group, Alix most recently was the Director of Attorney Recruitment at a boutique legal recruiting firm. Her career in the recruiting industry began while working for a Sports & Entertainment agency in Philadelphia during and upon completion of law school. Having identified an exciting niche outside of the traditional practice of law, she then combined the experience she was gaining in recruiting with her legal education to establish herself in the field of legal recruiting. Alix attributes her success in legal recruiting to having a thorough understanding of the internal dynamics of the legal arena; paying close attention to the needs and wants of clients and candidates alike to facilitate the best fit for all parties in transition; and to truly enjoying what she does every day!
Alix holds a B.A. in Sociology, with honors, from the University of Maryland, and received her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.
Sherry Schneider,
Managing PartnerSherry Schneider is the Managing Partner of Lucas Group Legal division, South Florida.
Sherry most recently served as Managing Director for American Legal Search. She is a great recruiter because her diverse background allows her to relate to a variety of clients and candidates. Sherry has practiced general law; headed up a 6 branch Title Company; developed, owned and operated a Bed and Breakfast in New Orleans; and has run for political office. This background helps her hone in on what is really important to her candidates and their needs so that she can match them with the appropriate position and company.
Sherry will concentrate her efforts on not only recruiting associates, partners and in-house attorneys, but also on growing the Lucas Group brand throughout the state of Florida.
Sherry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Tulane University, and received her Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law.
Merle Vaughn,
Managing PartnerMerle Vaughn is the Managing Partner of Lucas Group Legal Division, Los Angeles.
Merle most recently served as Placement Director for Kelly Law Registry and as a Legal Recruiter for Garb Jaffe & Associates placing attorneys laterally within law firms and corporations. Prior to becoming a legal recruiter she practiced corporate law with Cooley Godward LLC and then moved in-house to WOC Products, Inc. as its General Counsel. Merle was the top sales person in the country for Texas Instruments and a member of the “5 Million Dollar Club”, was awarded “Minority Entrepreneur of the Year” by Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordon, is a Past Chair of Los Angeles Mayor’s Minority Business Opportunity Committee, and was on the Contracts Sub-Committee.
She also participates in the Black Women Lawyers Association, and serves on the Board of Harvard Westlake’s Parent Association.
Merle will focus her attention at Lucas Group on placing lateral attorneys including associates, partners, in-house counsel and General Counsel in mid-large law firms and corporations.
Merle received a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Southern California (USC ) and her JD at University of California – Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law. While at Boalt, she was a judicial extern for the Honorable Harry Pregerson, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Tom Williamson, III., Esq.
Managing PartnerTom Williamson is the Managing Partner of Lucas Group - Legal Search in Washington, D.C. and Baltimore. Prior to joining Lucas Group, Tom was a principal of The Williamson Group, a leading legal search firm in Washington, D.C., where he was head of the firm's merger and practice group division. The Williamson Group merged with Lucas Group in February 2005. Tom works with law firms nationally in connection with partner and practice group placements and mergers. Many of his engagements are on a retained basis. Tom has been involved in some of Washington, D.C.'s largest practice group transactions and law firm mergers.
Tom was previously a founding partner, president and chief operating officer of The JHM Group, an affiliate of the John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company that specialized in creating and managing asset-based securities. He practiced law in the areas of real estate securities and finance from 1978 to 1988. Tom received his B.A. from the Johns Hopkins University and J.D. from Washington University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif.
Tony Inglis-Arkell,
Manager, Lucas Group GermanyTony Inglis-Arkell is Managing Partner of Lucas Group's office in Berlin, Germany. The division specializes in executive search and in assessing and recruiting senior-level executives. Tony was born in the Netherlands, but has a British passport. He holds a university degree in Business Administration from the University of Bremen in Germany.
He fluently speaks four languages and has spent most of his business career with internationally operating companies based in England, Germany, Belgium and France. He launched his career in executive search in 1991, and in 1997, was founding member and Managing Partner of the German operations of a global executive search company.
His broad-based international business experience at the executive level, and his strong personal network enables him to successfully solve the most difficult recruitment tasks. Tony especially develops international assignments. His fields of expertise are Professional Services, Logistics, Automotive and Manufacturing/Engineering.
Lee Cohen,
Managing PartnerLee Cohen is Managing Partner of Lucas Group's Military Transition office in Irvine. Lee works with former military members, especially Junior Military Officers, helping them find civilian careers that match their background and experience. He works with companies around the nation to fill positions in management, sales, engineering and more.
Lee has more than 17 years of experience in recruiting former military. His recruiting experience and military background is what positions him well to find the right candidate for the job and the right career for the candidate. Lee was an Officer in the U.S. Navy and worked with nuclear submarines. He managed a nuclear power plant and supervised several technicians.
Paul Fierszt,
Managing PartnerPaul Fierszt is Managing Partner of Lucas Group's Military Transition office in Washington, D.C. A proven veteran, Paul has risen through the ranks quickly at Lucas Group during his 16 plus years. Paul specializes in placing men and women with military experience into manufacturing, engineering, field service, operations and sales positions. With a strong commitment to ethics and long-term relationships, Paul has established himself as a respected partner in the eyes of his clients and candidates.
Prior to joining Lucas Group, Paul spent five years as an Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard, serving as an Operations Officer and on the District Staff in Boston. Paul graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy with a degree in Mathematics. While at the Coast Guard Academy, he earned varsity letters for baseball and yacht racing teams.

He works with former military members, helping them find civilian careers that match their background and experience. He works with Fortune 1000 companies around the nation to fill positions in leadership, engineering, technicians, sales and more.
As a former Captain in the U.S. Army, Jim has the military background and understanding that positions him well to know what both his clients and candidates are seeking.

Richard Vidoli,
Managing PartnerRichard Vidoli is the Managing Partner of Lucas Group's Military Technician Division East Coast. Richard's team of recruiters consists of more than 40 years of recruiting experience assisting all 5 branches of the military: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard. Specializing in placing candidates with technical backgrounds like Electronics, Electricians, Maintenance, Communications, Special Operations, RANGER, SF and Combat Arms backgrounds.
Prior to joining Lucas Group Richard worked as a Merchant Marine officer shipping cargo world wide. He currently holds a Second Mates License unlimited tonnage. He is a graduate of Maine Maritime Academy 1992.
